Wildwood Townhomes & Apartments studio apartments are centrally located on the property for your convenience to parking and laundry areas. These studio apartments are located in the interior hallway of the building with your own private entrance.

We are conveniently located near Talahi school, with easy access to Highway 10. Several bus routes stop at Wildwood as well to take you anywhere you want to go around town! With free off street parking, upgraded appliances and flooring, a playground area, laundry facilities, and onsite management, Wildwood Townhomes are the perfect place for you to call your next home!

Fees & Deposit Information:
Application Fees- $45 per person
Admin Fee- $90 per apartment (refundable if denied; if approved the fee is non-refundable and goes toward administrative costs)
Deposit- $600 (unless conditionally approved, then a co-signer or higher deposit may be required)

Utilities:
Landlord pays for heat.
Resident pays for all other utilities plus a $3 monthly utility admin fee.

Renter's Insurance: Renter's Insurance is Required, with minimum $100,000 liability coverage. If valid insurance is not provided and kept updated with management, household will be enrolled in Liability Coverage for an additional monthly fee for $13.50.
