Hennepin and 18th Avenue SE (which turns into Stinson after crossing E.Henn) about a mile south of The Quarry Shopping Center (Rainbow Foods, Target, Home Depot etc). About 2-3 miles north is Dinkytown and the Uof M. About 3-4 miles west is the River Bridge into Downtown Mpls. VERY convenient location. Bus Service to all locations is nearby, easily acessed by biking.

We have an Off Street Parking lot, Secured Bike Shed (bikes not allowed in building) and large back yard with perenial flower & Veg gardens,water fountain & picnic tables for our Residents. We (Residents included) do not want any party/loud folks. QUIET bldg. with long term Residents that are professional or graduate/doctoral students.

Apartments are small. One bedroom and Studios which have been updated with new carpet, paint, appliances, kitchens and bathrooms. Large,new, energy efficent windows with blinds included. Bathrooms have ceramic walls& floor with shower/tubs. Studios have large closet. One bedrooms have nice storage and closets. Laundry Room on Garden Level has storage cupboards for each aptartment and has Coin operated Washer & Dryer. Secured Entries and mailboxes. Responsive Landlord with many years of appreciative Residents.

Pets are negotiable. We understand how pets are family and will work with responsible pet owners. There is a Pet Fee.
