Beginning November 1st, our management team will start offering tours and specific pricing for the 2014-2015 school year. If you are interested in visiting our property, we’d be happy to reserve an appointment time that is convenient for you. In the meantime, just to give you an idea of our pricing, here is a brief summary:

1 bedroom + den/1-2 bath = $1,575-$1,700

2 bedroom/1 bath = $1,600-$1,800

2 bedroom/2 bath = $1,750-$2,300

3 bedroom/2 bath = $2,150-$2,725

3 bedroom 2 bath (Penthouse) = $4,000


(Max occupancy is 2 people for a 1 bedroom, 4 people for a 2 bedroom, and 5 people for a 3 bedroom)

Application Fee: $35.00 (per occupant)

Security Deposit: $800 for 2 bedrm, $1200 for 2 and 3 bedrm, $1500 for penthouse units

Parking: $100/month for heated underground parking, $75/month for assigned exterior lot

Utilities: Cable, Internet and trash are included. Residents responsible for gas, electric, water.

Furniture: All beds are full size and can be bunked. Also included: couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV, desks, dressers, bar stools (furniture packages vary depending on floor plan).

Appliances: All stainless steel, refrigerator, electric stove/range, dishwasher, microwave, full-size stackable washer/dryer

Amenities: Club/Game Room, 24-hours fitness center (with Fitness on Demand feature), Stand-up Tanning System, Courtyard lounge with fire pit and grill, complementary coffee bar.
