Park Manor Estates was newly renovated in 2013 with both the apartments and the community areas given updates. Our apartment building is open to Seniors 62 years of age and older or to those with a disability and we offer subsidized housing. No smoking is allowed in apartments or community areas. The pet policy allows one cat or small dog, under 20 pounds, with a security deposit required. Wi-fi is available through-out the building and is free of charge. Rent includes all utilities except Cable. Our remodeled Community Room comes with a complete kitchen, comfortable seating for 30, a large HD TV and an electric fireplace which makes for a very cozy gathering area in the winter. Each apartment has it's own parking spot with Heater Plug-ins available. On site Caretaker 24/7, maintenance and janitorial available daily as well as office staff.
