We have an upper level two bedroom. The bedrooms are on the small size and unit functions best with one of the bedrooms functioning as an office or exercise room, etc

It has hardwood floors and is on the third floor.

It is on the bus line to both downtowns and the St Paul campus of the U of Minn.

The building is idea for the serious student or young professional who is interested in a quiet lifestyle. This is "not" a party building!

It is located on Larpeneur Ave one block east of Snelling.

Call Jo for an appointment to take a look between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
