There are 58 one-bedroom apartments, with large rooms and windows. Unique features of our building include a huge indoor light atrium, community kitchen and resident activity room.  Added conveniences include secure access, elevator service, laundry, emergency response call cords in bedrooms / bathrooms and on-site management.

Perfectly situated in the center of Lowertown, there is bus service, light rail, grocery stores, Mears Park and Galtier Plaza and more all within a block radius. Our downtown location provides convenient access to banking, theaters, as well as shopping and restaurant options.

Heating, water/sewer, and trash are included in the rent. The resident is responsible for electricity, cable TV, phone, and internet.

Please contact the property for an application. You will then be added to the wait-list. Names are called by order the application was received. You can set an appointment once you receive a letter for availability. Prior to the appointment, we require that you bring all income documents and requested items. A background check will also be performed via a 3rd party. If your application passes, we will certify your income and set up a move-in date! A $40 non-refundable fee is required to process your application.
