Crossroads Commons will be located behind the Crossroads Shopping Center just east of Cedar Avenue and south of Dodd Blvd. in Lakeville.

The building is part of the Dakota County Community Development Agency's (CDA) Senior Housing Program which provides affordable independent living apartments for seniors age 55+. Currently there are 26 developments located throughout Dakota County.

Applicants of the CDA's Senior Housing Program must meet eligibility requirements prior to becoming a resident of the program. This includes meeting program income guidelines, providing good landlord references and passing a criminal history check. Preference is given to seniors who live, work or have immediate family living in Dakota County.
