A $49 non-refundable fee is required to process your application. A $300 holding fee will also be held until your application is approved. Once approved, the holding fee will be applied to your security deposit. Applicants will be pre-screened for credit, rental history, income, and public criminal records. If the application is canceled within 72 hours of being approved, the holding fee will be refunded. The holding fee is non-refundable after 72 hours. Should an applicant not meet the eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.
