This building is located about 1/2 a block North of Lake Calhoun, on the Greenway Bike Path and near Uptown and even closer to bus routes. If you like closet space, this is the building for you. All of our units have excessive closet space and if there is not enough in your apartment, we have storage units available at no extra cost.

Free parking is available in our private parking lot, or garage stalls are available for an additional $70/month.

Rent includes all utilities except electricity.

We have two patios with charcoal grills available for residents use. Some apartments have their own balcony which overlooks Dean Parkway and have views of Lake Calhoun.
