The above listing of properties that provide smoke-free environments. While the list provides information on a property's smoke-free, it does not keep track of vacancies at any particular  location. Owners of smoke-free buildings have placed themselves on this list. Live Smoke Free does its best to contact each building and verify their claims; however, we are cannot guarantee the status of the building.

In some cases, the property on which buildings are localed may also be smoke-free, or these may be limited smoking-permitted areas on the premises outside buildings. We recommend that you carefully inspect properties you may be interested in, and look for language in the lease that explains the landlord's responsibilities and the tenant's responsibilities to keep the building free of smoke. See Live Smoke Free's Model Lease Addendum for an example of such language.

Some buildings on this listings are large complexes, while others are smaller buildings or duplexes. All of the buildings have different amenities and rent rates. Contact the building's management directly to learn more about the building. Read our fact sheet  "What to Know Before You Rent" to learn more about searching a smoke-free rental property.
